1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of layer8swag.com (the "Site") operated by Layer8 swag ("we", "us", "our"), based in Mumbai, India. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation email is sent.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, bank, or UPI details on our servers. By making a payment, you authorize Razorpay to charge you for the purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, product photography and site content are the property of Layer8 swag and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with normal operation, or to submit false information when placing an order.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layer8 swag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
