Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we'll notify you if that's the case.

2. Delivery timelines

• Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs)

Timelines are estimates; actual delivery depends on the courier and destination.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed prominently.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

5. International duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

6. Undelivered or lost packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at hello@layer8swag.com within 7 days and we will investigate with the courier.

7. Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will apply.
