Refund & Cancellation

1. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email hello@layer8swag.com with your order ID. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

• Damaged or defective on arrival
• Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design shipped)
• Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. How to request a return

Email hello@layer8swag.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Size or design exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. We will guide you through the process.
